For the next few months, we will concentrate on finding the right style of gowns that work best for you: your body type, shape, and personality.

Last month we talked about bustline.  This month we will talk about the arms.  Most women have insecurities or image issues with their arms.

Thin:

• If you want your arms to appear larger, try covering them with a sleeve
• Try wearing a bolero, jacket or shrug
• Try an elegant pair of long gloves           

Average:

• You're in luck and can wear most anything

Full:

• If you cover your arms try a sleeve made of a light sheer fabric
• Go strapless.  Bare arms can blend in with a bare neckline and call less attention
• Consider wearing a cap sleeve
• Avoid halters they draw attention to your arms

 Remember: Your fit and style are based on the classic proportion of the hourglass as a guide. It's all about balance!
